my TW auto, only done 106k, has started making a clicking in the front when I'm turning and giving it a bit of throttle. CV joints?

Any thoughts as to how much this is likely to cost to fix? I guess I get both side done at once?

I think your diagnosis is spot on. CV joints.

There are always plenty of CV shafts available on Ebay. Check seller's feedback and see how many sets they've sold previously. I've seen pairs of shafts for as little as $140. Yes you should do them as a pair.
