My honest opinion is that the 380 brakes are way to underrated for the weight and size of this car (if your going to be pushing it hard which it sounds like you are, unless you got worn out pads, chinese crap or bendix general ct's which i got to catch on fire during bed-in and threw them in the bin), i have done a full dba rotors and qfm hpx pads motul rbf 660 upgrade. It did help a fair bit, but i still get fade when i push it hard. Ive gotten my dba and qfm to catch on fire a few times at hahahah

If your a daily driver and just want the bit extra stopping power i would HIGHLY recommend the QFM HPX Pads for the front wheels with Motul RBF 600 Brake Fluid all around and machine your front rotors and get new oem front brake pad shims (so long as your discs are not too worn out, if they are worn out get a set of DBA Front Slotted Rotors, and also note when you install the new pads really lubricate the pad shims/squealers otherwise your brakes will squeal for a while, also make sure you check your caliper seals and pins to make sure their not seize up, i have seized my front ones and was a pain to reco them, and do a soft-med bed in on the pads) The qfm's are quiet and no dust...

The rear brakes on this dont really do much for daily, if there fine just leave them, if not replace like front ones

If your a race car driver HAHAHAH, you have 3 options

1:

DBA XS4000 Front Slotted and Drilled Rotors
DBA XS4000 Rear Slotted and Drilled Rotors
QFM AR1M Front Pads (need to be custom cut through QFM)
QFM AR1M Rear Pads (need to be custom cut through QFM)
Safebrake Braided Brake Lines
Castrol SRF Brake Fluid 1 Litre
OEM Front Brake Pad Shims
PBR Front+Rear Caliper Reco Kit (i would highly recommend this if you have high kms on the car as these pads get HOT during bed in and can cause your calipers to seize if they are already worn)

2:

Evo 10 Brembo Front+Rear Calipers
Evo 10 DBA Front+ Rear Rotors (your choice on rotors)
Evo 10 Ferodo Front+Rear Brake Pads DS2500
Castrol SRF Brake Fluid
Custom Braided Brake Lines
Custom Front Brake Air Guides
Custom Front Brake Coolers
Custom Rear Brake Rotor Spacer
+ you need min 18inch wheels to clear the massive brakes

3:

K Sport Big Brake Kit.... some members are using K Sport with no complaint, I just don't trust them as far as i could throw them from what I have seen on the tracks and heard peoples horror story's about them....parts for these are a ???? It would cost more or less $500 for the evo 10 brembo upgrade vs k-sport if you know where to shop for parts and a a shop that wont kill you in labour

+1 for QFM HPX. I wouldn't say they're no dust - and mine do squeal occasionally - but for a performance pad they're pretty civilised. Reasonably priced too.

If you are replacing your rotors I wouldn't bother with the DBA slotted rotors - they're just the base model rotors with slots in them.

I don't do anything hardcore in my car - I switched to the Bendix General CT (front pads that is) a few years ago, so about 30,000ks inner city driving, never had a problem. I tried them to get rid of the squealing...haven't had squealing since. Although next time I have to change break parts I'll take freshi's recommendations on board. But the CT's have suited me just fine.
