Short answer: put them into another Magna of similar age.

Long answer:
Before you try to create a Frankenstein car, talk to a qualified Automotive Engineer about what is possible. I'm assuming it needs to be complianced and road registered, not just used as a paddock basher. Mirage and Lancer bodies would not be wide enough.
A past member called "Redliner" built a buggy around a Magna engine/gearbox, maybe you can Google his Youtube videos to see what is involved.

There are Lancers with 6G75 motors in them but don't know if this could be road legal in Australia

I would love to see the engine bay to see how that was done. lol

There's actually a few of them and they are doing 10 or 11 second 400m times with near stock 6G75 motors

Well, I'll be a monkey's Uncle!

Learn something new every day! But are they road legal in Aus?

Very unlikely I'd reckon.

Still, bit of a quarter mile weapon.

Apparently the max a Mirage can take in Aust is 3.5l. There was one being done by a forum member and pretty sure if you look in the Lancer section here that you will find it

YOu can then get a 75, rebuild it into a 74 block and so as far as anyone is concerned then you have a 74 powered mirage that just has bigger balls

It will cost however, will be unique but will not be a $10 job that is for sure

Yeah a guy on here was thinking of a 6g74 into a mirage, I believe. Apparently he saw heaps of these running very quick in Puerto Rico, and seemed reasonably do-able.

However once he looked into it further with regards to Aussie compliance etc, he decided to look at an alternate motor.

He had a weird forum name from memory with numbers and letters like b16i or something.
