Hello

I have a mistubishi 380 2005 DB, with around 125,000ks. duel fuel LPG IMPCO unit installed from mitsubishi

I have a few annoying issues with this car. mainly outlined below

Current issues
- LPG cutting out causing CEL
- heater not shutting off - dial is at coldest, and i can hear a motor/servo clicking and struggling to close
- seat belt warning beep and light not turning on when first starting car
- horn doesn't work!!
- burnt out auto trans indicator lights next to gear lever
- constant brake disc warpage.

first and foremost - i need to fix the heater issue. Its annoying, I hate being hot unnecessarily. Im pretty sure its a servo motor that controls a flap somewhere under the dash which redirects the heat from the internal heater radiator. Anyone had any success in replacing or fixing this? I can here it struggling to close. Sometimes it closes and cool air comes out.. other times its hot! Ive had the HVAC control panel off a number of times to install a stereo head unit . Could it be the controls that are the problem?

I took it to a "LPG guy" reccomended to me by mitsubishi themselves (they wont help me regarding LPG install that THEY INSTALLED) to have the LPG map reset, as I was getting constant stalling and stuttering on LPG. Kept getting rich codes after cat 2 or somethign. cant remember now. After he did this, my warnign lights and beep noises for the seatbelt doesn't work any more. If i unplug my seatbelt while driving it no longer warns me. (checked connections at seatbelt buckle.. nothing fixes it)

my horn works intermittently!! (checks all relays and fuses.. nothing is burnt!)

sigh.. pretty close to just selling this car if there are no fixes available.

with the horn check your earth at the steering wheel. when you press the horn on most cars the hornpad earths the circut(at least for a magna, a 380 may be similar)
i think the auto lights are part of the shiftplate and they are $100 new and 4 left from memory.of course less at a wrecker.
