Sorry to bring up old discussions.
Brought a set of DBA4417S T3 Slotted Discs front rotors for my ralliart s2 tj of ebay as apparently dba dont make them anymore.
Probably get some standard rear rotors just curious on the pad choice, probably got for bendix ct though ive heard qfm are good to and where would I get these pads.
Also gonna get some new rubber any ideas on brands etc mine are 18" 235/40 at the moment dunlop roadstone rubber i think.
Cheers

Rear rotors are not available new for the Ralliart, your only choice if your existing rotors are worn past machining is to use AWD rotors and get some spacers from Hoppers Stoppers to space them out to fit them.

Just curious as to the rear rotors are they the same size on the AWD as the ralliart?

same size, but hat height is different hence why you cant fit awd onto ralliart without spacers

Welll, you ll have to get pulled over, get your rear wheels taken off, take off the calipers, remove the rotors, look inside the rotors and then you will be able to see the spacer. As far as i know inside the rotor are okay, if not well then what i just said must happen for you to get a ticket.

Er, theres gotta be a reason they're illegal and I assume its safety?

Spacers are illegal between rotor and the wheel. Spacer for awd brake conversion goes inside the rotor thus seats between hub and the rotor. Last time i checked that was the case, the wording was very clear, so unless law changed it will not be a defect.
idea was to stop idiots putting 30mm spacers to increase track base, here we are only talking about 3.7mm
also spacers we are talking about made specifically for our conversion and are made of strong alloy not aluminium like most universal spacers.
