Hi everyone,

I am in the midst of changing the stereo in my TJ magna and there is a blue cable on a seperate plug in addition to the main plug and antenna.
Is this the security light wire?

I am also putting in a camera, im looking at wiring it up to an accessories circuit so that it can be activated without the car having to be in reverse (as the head unit allows this). Would it be ok to tap into the cigarette lighter circuit or is there somewhere more appropriate around the area of the stereo/center console.

The last issue im having is that I need to install a wire to the reverse switch. Im unable to see how the cover around the gear shifter comes off to allow me access to the reverse switch. Im able to get the main cover off (the cover thst runs from the storage box to just under the cig lighter socket), but im unsure how to get directly underneath the area where the actual gear stick sits. I hope what im saying makes sense.

Any answers I would appreciate heaps!
