Hi everyone
I have a 99 Verada, with a noisy air con compressor, worse when its first started and engine is cold. It sounds like a bearing. Have been doing some research and it appears there are 2 bearings. 1 Idle pulley Bearing and 2 Clutch hub bearing. is this true? also can these be replaced. The air con is nice and cold still original gas, I imagine if they can be replaced the air compressor has to come out and be re gassed

When is the unit noisy, with the aircon on or the aircon off

when I first start of a morning and everything is cold it doesn't matter if it is on or off still rattling loud, once it warms up it seems to quieten down. I have used a stethoscope to listen to it and it defiantly the air con compressor.
