Just wondering how do I reconnect my front bumper as my car is really low and now the left side of the bumper is now hanging

The bolts holding the bumper to the guard must have come off, torn off, unbolt the inner wheel guard and have a look see and there should be 2 bolts attaching the bumper to the guard, pretty simple really

I had a look and it just look like stuff has just bent it self so if that's all that's holding it I'll just bolt then up
I thought it would be more then just a few bolts holding it lol
