does anyone have a definitive list of what parts are direct bolt-ins from Diamantes to 3rd gen Magnas? I know the center consoles from US diamantes aren't, since they're left-hand drive, and a part of the plastic is reversed.... does anyone else have examples/lists? I ask because i ordered some sunvisors with lights and mirrors from the 'states, and i'm wondering if i just wasted 60 bucks... :ninja:

Yeah Rod,

Any trim shop will be able to do it.

For the OP, Many many parts are interchangeable. And many are not.....at least without a shitload of work.

Anything that is a switch operating something, like window switches, seats, mirrors, dash harnesses, cannot be swapped in due to the multiplex harnesses. Trim stuff can be fitted no worries.

After seeing the tail lights without the pink strips I came across this post (link below) and couldn't help myself. Went out in the cold and removed them. Very easy mod :D

I got all three engine mounts for a US diamante for the KL's RW and one was totally wrong ...... but it cost $28 the replacement from here was $120 so I was still ahead with the other 2 fitting ok.

This would be because the Diamante is only 4 speed auto and the KL is 5 speed.
