Hi guys,

How would I turn the motor by hand?

Is it from the harmonic balancer?
And if so, can this be done from the engine bay, or does the wheel and splash guard need removal?

Yes, by turning the bolt on the balancer.
There's a big plug on the splash guard in line with the bolt holding the crank pulley on. Remove plug, insert extension with socket, crank away (clockwise). You may have enough access without jacking up & removing front wheel, see how you go.

Does your crank bolt have a cutout to take the end of a half inch extension? If so you don't even need a socket.

On my 3rd gen (TH) it has a 1/2 inch cutout in it. I can turn the wheels to right hand full lock and access the hole that way, no need to jack up car.

Thanks guys, that's good to hear.
I was worried I would need to jack the car, remove splash guards etc
