Ok, just wondering what the differences are (trimmings aside) between the two. Are they moulded differently, the same? I want leather seats, but found a guy selling "TJ" factory original leather trims in Melbourne...

If the KJ seats are more comfortable, id rather wait to find those...
Cheers!

I can't comment on standard TJ seats versus KJ seats, as I've sat in neither, but I can tell you those Howe trims (arguably the best trim available; definitely my personal favourite, depending on the theme you've got going for the interior of course) are for the 'Rada seats only. The seller must not know or doesn't care about the difference in designation, but they did state for "Verada", so they're not lying. No TJ had leather seats from the factory, bar the VR-X LE with it's leather/fabric combo (as far as I am aware anyway).

The KJ Seats are deeper padding and a different mould. The seat base is also different if you have manual or electric seats and leather seat foam has deeper grooves for the thicker trim.
I used that Howe trim on my car. It is designed for a North American Diamante, so you will have to tweak a couple of things here and there, but it will require Verada chairs

I also bit the bullet and used a NA Diamante 'Drivers" front left power seat so both seats were electric.
The trim will not come with seatback panels or door trim panels, but there is a company making a very similar hide colour. So you should be able to get that.
Also the seat trim will have cutouts for the larger seat switches. These use a lumbar adjustment button.
It is possible to fit the button and motor to get it working.

It's such a shame that Mike sold it. It was a beautiful KH Xi.

Is there much difference between KJ and KL seats? Would these fit a KL?

No, The seat design is almost completely different. It is both a different base and backrest shape, as well as accommodating side airbags.
Also, I sold the car to a friend of mine, so I still see it fairly regularly.
