hi, iv got a 93 tr manual wagon v6. recently had it in the mechanic to get the crankshaft seal replaced, when they did it they bent a valve so they replaced it, now my problem is the idle timing is all wrong idles at 1200rpm, gear change at 2500rpm, does 100kmph at 2500rpm.....
the question is how to adjust the idle speed??? and also does anybody know the correct idle specs etc???

Idle speed is set by the ECU, not user adjustable. IIRC, 700 +/- 50 rpm.
Obviously, in the cam belt remove/replace seal/replace belt, they have done something wrong, and you should go back to whoever did the job to sort out.
