Obviously the one that has a hole in it:

They go to the solenoids for the TCL.

Yes they can affect idle.

Temp fix = a bit of masking tape over the hole, see if it improves.

Go buy some hose, replace one at a time if you suspect others.

I just cut it before the hole and put it back... not sure why I will be replacing the whole hose?

It must have happened when the intake manifold was put to the side to do spark plugs or something I suspect

Well? Did it fix the idle?

I don't know, I am in the midst of doing a few things to the car and haven't finished yet.
Mind you next time it runs it will have a few new bits on it so if the idle is (hopefully) fixed I won't know exactly what it was that caused it
