Did a quick search and did not find what I needed.
Can anyone give some advice on the size for the ALT drive belt 6PK????
I'm seeing 6PK1195 , & 6PK1215 as suitable aftermarket sizes.
Is one more suited than the other or both within limits to fit and tension correctly?
Thanks

If I remember right 1195 & 1215 are the length of the belts.

Thanks. Yeah I did all the usual stuff and did the gates/dayco bit. So you've used the 1215 and it was fine? i was going for the 1195 then as i was about to pay for it I thought never trust the packet, check the belt and some woofter has swapped a 1105 in there so had to go with the 1215 and now i was looking for some reasssurance before I go through the pain of it all.

Incorrect,
The alt belt is a 6pk1195, the TE and early TF had an additional pulley on them which was deleted as a service bulliten due to noise, these rand the 1215 belt, the listing above is not correct plus there is no such thing as a TJ - TW without aircon either
The Power Steering belt is a 4pk900

When shopping around for belts a few years ago the dealer had better prices than the autostores and they are know which belt you need.

Ok, thanks for the tip. Just my luck, looks like another trip and exchange. I checked what was in there but The part number is weird, Looks like a non-genuine belt but it was fitted by a dealer. Dayco 20-5761, usually I can work most things out, such a simple item.
