Dear Magna friends.
It's me, Ralf from Germany again.
One of our guys need some parts for his car.
He needs two of these "mini blinkers", they are on the fender.
In Germany it isn't possible to buy them.
I get my last parts from Australia, but my friend didn't answer.
Can any of you get these mini blinker? However, it must be the electrical und not optical. Thank you so much for your answers.
I try to send photos...

I can't send a photo.
Therefore I am attached to a link of a Toyota. The mini indicators on the fenders I mean. You also need not necessarily be of a Mitsubishi magna.

Those never came out on a Magna or Verada in australia.
They came on the first generation diamantes/sigmas I believe.

The top fender repeater indicator lights were for the Japanese market only, to suit their regulations, if I remember correctly. Just a visual reminder to the driver if he leaves his indicators on for too long.
It's definitely not a standard part on any Mitsu ever to hit the road in Australia.
(Early imports excepted.)
Have you tried an on-line Japanese wrecker?
Seeing you need to drill fender holes anyway, anything will do.

its a clear light and facing the driver only
there was a reason for them to light up - but forgot why - something about fuel consumption warning if you were heavy footed
I'm sure they were indicator repeaters, to warn the driver if the indicator was left on. Lights facing the driver obviously. Mandated my Japanese legislation, same for fender mounted rear view mirrors.
I've seen the lights only on very early toyotas.

These may do the job, if you are so inclined:

Thanks a lot for you quick answers.
I bought 2 pairs of these "mini blinkers" or "indicator lights" from a friend in Australia via Ebay.
I know, that these indicator lights are not really from a Mitsubishi Magna (in Germany called Sigma).
Here are a short presentation.

These are the inicator lights, that i bought from my australian friend.
WHY BOTHER:
one of our best engineers builds a mitsubishi sigma pick up. He wants to have something special to it. I like to send pictures when it is finished. He is a great mechanic and I want to help him.

Looks good Skorpi!!
New Zealand is a good source for parts as used Japanese cars were exported there from Japan as well as south Africa.
Later model stuff nolonger have the indicator warning lights on top of guards.
How quick is it on the autobahn?? Cheers Vee

Thank you for your efforts. Unfortunately, there are these parts are not new anymore. Maybe someone of you check whether there are similar parts in the junkyard or used parts?

Did you contact Amayama and they said no longer available?
I very much doubt any model here had those except for maybe half cuts imported from japan for engine conversions. Not something I've been involve in, maybe someone else has?

We don't keep junked cars in junk yards long enough to be able to find these. They went out of fashion decades ago, and any cars with them would have been stripped long ago. They then get compressed and sent off for metal recycling. No point looking for them.
Tell your friend that if he wants them, to try Japanese sources or something aftermarket.

Thank you for your answers. Amayama replied that there are no longer these parts. I'll probably have to try to find these parts in other ways. I was hoping to find these parts in Australia, because a friend of Ebay (yonsquire) had found them. Incidentally, the Sigma in the video runs about 150 mph ...
