Today (when looking at my engine for something else) I noticed there appeared to be a lot of engine movement when moving between drive and reverse.

Worn engine mounts?

The driver's side and rear engine mounts are only about 6 months old. The front looks okay from what I can see and the left engine mount is completely hidden.

Well the engine is likely to move a little when engaging gear. If there are no other noises or shakes when driving I wouldn't worry about it, especially since you say that the mounts are new.

The only thing it does is that it has slight accelerator peddle wobble when accelerating between stop and about 35km/h. Mounts?

Looks normal to me, as long as the engine/trans is not hitting anything.
