My TF wagon with 350,000 ks on the clock has been a great car but lately the sound and feel of road bumps is starting to bug me. Dunno if I'm just getting old, but I feel like every little bump is being transferred to my backbone.

I havent crawled under the car for a good look but I assume there are plenty of rubber bushes that have hardened over the years. The rubber shocker mounts are all original too so I guess they aren't very soft anymore either.

So, has anyone else tackled this problem and tried to soften the ride a bit? I had a look on ebay and couldn't see a body mount rubber kit, but perhaps I'm not using the right terminology. (I realise its not simply sitting on a chassis).

I did find this , and wonder what it would actually do for ride comfort... http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Magna-Verada-TE-TF-TH-TJ-TL-KE-KF-KH-KJ-KL-SUPER-PRO-Front-Suspension-Bush-Kit-/331321298769?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item4d2449cf51

Also this... http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/MITSUBISHI-MAGNA-VERADA-99-03-Shock-absorber-Bushes-Bush-Kit-/191360903951?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2c8dffab0f

Can anyone comment on either of these products or anything else that might help.

Thanks

Seized or bone dry shocks will do that.
Get some new ones.
