Hi all, just fitted a TL rack to my KH and the steering wheel is off centre, is it ok to adjust the tie rod ends to straighten up the wheel or should the linkage from the steering shaft to the rack be refitted?

If it's only just off centre you can get away with adjusting the tie rod ends. If it's more than that it should be done by taking the steering wheel off and realigning it. If it's an airbag equipped wheel take it to a mechanic that knows what he's doing. People have been killed by airbags that have deployed at the wrong time.
