Check "for sale" threads on this forum.
Try your luck on eBay and Gumtree.
Trawl the wreckers. Bumpers are a popular item, expect poor availability and high price.
Check Mitsu dealer.

Tried to fix the current one? I've sort of fixed a couple of third gen bumpers by removing bumper, straightening the reinforcement bar, then using a hair drier to soften the plastic skin and straightening it as much as possible. Worked fine on a TJ rear bar with the centre pushed in, and the front bar with one corner caved in. Some hairline cracks in the plastic of front bar at the corner that I haven't yet sanded back, filled and painted.
