I have a 2002 TJ II Executive and I was wondering if my car came with a rear sway bar from the factory or not. I am looking at installing a Whiteline Rear Sway Bar.

From my knowledge it did not.
The only pre L/W series (which all came with rear ARB) that have swaybars are the Sports, VRX, Ralliart and Verada GTVi

Sweet, now I'm going to try and grab one for my car coz I've heard that they make a huge difference to the handling. I cant confirm this though (never driven a magna with a ARB)

No yours did not.
You can fit the whiteline but dont put it on the firmest setting at most guys snap mounts with them on that setting.
If you want the factory one you need to swap out the rear control arms from a VRX or Ralliart into yours, or better yet grab the entire subframe from a TL or TW and do a straight swap, that way you get newer bushing in the assembly aswell.
I removed a TL subframe, put it in my TE and the difference was amazing, the handbrake design is better too.

Thanks for the heads up mal. Sounds like its better to grab a TL/W subframe and do a straight swap.
