Would a 3 litre TE Magna Auto fit a 3.5 litre TE Verada auto, ie: a straight swap

It will bolt up, but from memory the 3.0l box has a lower final drive ratio.

A TE box can be put into a KE but nothing else.

In short

TE box will only fit TE, KE

TF to TJ will work in anything TE to TJ (and 4 sp K series as well)
