MM...how hard is it to fit the optional perspex rain/wind shield ...you know the type, the one that runs across the top of both doors.

Why ask me? Wouldn't fit one on my car, to be honest, as the last one I saw on a car I bought years ago, was really stuffing up the paintwork. Binned it quick smart.
Actually, I don't know the type - never seen one, not even a picture.

Alternative answer 1: No idea.

Alternative answer 2: Instructions should come with it, if you desire to fit one of these.

I asked you because you've got a lot of Magna knowledge that I respect. However, doing a more thorough search revealed the answer for me, hence the edit in the first post. And looking at the stuff I found out about them they are nothing but trouble...best avoided.

I am not sure how they are nothing but trouble, I have customers with them fitted and they love them, never had any issues at all when they have been correctly fitted.

Only problem you may get is when they hit about 10 years old on the car they can get brittle but I doubt you will have your car in 10 years anyway

Main issue is finding them, Mits have none left in stock, we are the only ones with these in stock these days
