The "Leaf Guard" below my TJ windscreen is falling apart, and I think most cars of it's age also have the same disease, do the later TL/TW cars have the same part? AKA can I retro fit one?

Mitsu sells them.

It is only the rubber edge that rots away. You can just trim that off the plastic if you want.

Just get new ones and dont muck around, $40 buck for a pair of leaf guards which also direct excess water away from the plenum as well??
