Hi friends,

Long time lurker but first time poster.
My old man has had a KE Verada for a while and it has been relatively faultless.

I noticed it was running a bit rough one day when I was moving it from the driveway and popped to hood to find that a rubber hose/joint was torn.

The Verada is on LPG (Impco mixer) and the part in question connects the mixer to the throttle body.

I've uploaded a picture here:

The system was installed by The Gas Man in Sydney many moons ago however they were unable to help me over the phone and wanted me to drive in to their workshop, which I would've done but unfortunately when taking off the hose it disintegrated further and cannot be reinstalled.

Can anyone help me with the proper name for the part and if its possible to buy a spare anywhere in Aus?

Seems to me that it is perhaps a custom part that is part of the LPG install.

Any help will be appreciated!

The part will probably be known as a throttle body to mixer adapter fitting.
Try asking the "Gas Man" for a work email address that you can send pics of the part & engine bay lay out to.
Sites like this one:
http://bluelpg.com.au/shop/index.php?route=product/category&path=117
show an IMPCO 4 bolt square flange to round section adapter.
Or this one:
http://www.progas.com.au/portfolio-items/hose-air-induction-holden-vt-vy/#prettyPhoto
which list LPG system air intake hoses

Either way you'll need a gas place to find the correct part or have an alternate / updated part fitted.

Cheers
