Can't help you with a factory install, but here's another option if it ends up being cheaper and easier

I believe all the wiring is there ready for it.

If yours is an executive (base model) the electric window wiring is not there.
You need to swap the looms over.
It is doable, but it's a big job (whole interior out)

I thought from the TH on MMA used one loom with all connections there ready to plug in?

No. Unfortunately not. The TJ exec uses a different loom to the higher spec models.
I've just transplanted everything from a damaged advance into an exec shell.
The floor loom which is the loom that controls your doors is very different.
You can certainly do the swap but you need the loom from a car that had electric glass.

I've had the doors off my TJ 2001 exec and I can vouch for the fact each door only has wiring for the central locking, plus speaker wiring in the front doors.

there is a plug under the kick panals for the door looms

ive seen a plugs behind the kick panals that plug into the doors
