I have a 5 speed auto box and when shifting in tiptronic from 3rd to 2nd it makes a hard jolting shift, all other gears shift fine, shifts up fine and when in drive it shifts fine as well.

Fluid is Full.

Would disconnecting the battery and doing the relearn procedure fix the problem?
