hi guys
hoping someone here has a little alignment knowledge that might be able to help.

I have a 99 KH diamante, New Zealand model. (aussie built verada as far as I can tell)
alignment shop cant get better than 7mm toe from both rear wheels.

now for a little back ground. before any changes the best they could get was 4.5mm and this caused wear on the outside of the rear tires.

so the rear was dragging on the ground with any weight in the back or over any bumps, had the shocks tested and were ok so decided to replace the rear spring with new to lift the back to standard height, original shocks turned out to be a bit rusty and snapped the top off undoing the top cap and ended up replacing the rear shocks with Monroe gt gas (I know, but it was all I could get).

a also decided now was a good time to try a sway bar (after reading how good the upgrade was on here) so scored a complete subframe with swaybar from a 2004 VRX.

anyway, on putting it all together and going for an alignment, they could not get less than 7mm toe each side. so as you can imagine those tires are going to get flogged out pretty quick.

anyone got any ideas on what options I have to correct this, cant find any offset adjustment bushes here, so not sure what I can do.

thanks for any help anyone may have.

Any worn bushes on the rear end?
Subframe from the VRX bent?

madmax. does not appear bend, cant guarantee the bushes are all good, but wheel alignment place did not pick any up and neither did mechanic.

jimbo, no I used standard height springs from cobra (nz spring maker) the gt gas shocks where slightly longer than the factory shocks so with the new springs it sits slightly high.

also should prob add, only the arm with the sway bar attached was from the VRX, the other is from my car.

Try replacing the rubbers, my TJ was wearing the tires on the inside rear, replaced lower arm rubbers and wheel allinement fixed the problem. Have since replaced the rear shocks.
