For all those people out there who have dumped their rides on lows and super lows, what shock are you using?
The reason i ask this is because i dropped mine without replacing the shock cause they were new when i bought the car. She rides and handles great but when you hit a decent bump the shocks bottom out. A lot of mechanic's i've spoken to say i can only go Koni which mean i have to get new coil overs as well.
So whats in your car? What you recomend seeing i probebly won't be hitting the track in the near future

Cheers

With the GT gas, does it have a shorter shaft so the shock doesn't bottom out??

Got mine custom fitted to suit the short length...
Why do you have to get coil overs?

When I got mine done (Monroe GT Gas), I got the shorter ones on the rear (the dude there reckoned that they will be used on the new VRX Magna coming out soon???). Although, he said they don't make them for the front :? But I've heard that the new Magna isn't going to use a front strut setup (it's going to get double A-Arms at the front instead)...so that would explain it!

I've only got lows on mine, but they've haven't bottommed out yet.

i got koni adjustables in my car

do they actually allow you to adjust the 'ride height' or just the quality of ride, example, harder and softer rides???

i thought the koni's were only a 'quality' based adjustable suspention :P
