Hi Ron
The GSR was only released with the MY14.5
Prior to this, the MY14 Lancer sportback was available in the same specification as the sedan - 2.0 in the ES and LX and 2.4 in the VRX
You are obviously aware of the standard equipment of the GSR which became the only sportback in the range and commenced production in Japan in January 2014.
Please let me know if there is anything else which you require. Unfortunately I'm not permitted to send through the Product Information Bulletin, but can provide any information contained therein.
Cheers,
Rod

The GSR is the mid-spec model correct?
Yes, sports back only. I think it looks excellent, loaded with features

Basically, the current Lancer range is
1. the ES "Sport" 2.0 litre (sedan)
2. the LX 2.0 litre (sedan)
3. the XLS 2.4 litre sedan (which replaces the VRX)
4. the EVO 2.0 litre - manual only
5. the GSR 2.4 litre sportback
The Ralliart sedan and EVO X and MR (both auto) are no longer offered due to the availability of the TC SST automatic gearbox.
I agree that the equipment level of the GSR sportback represents excellent value and the car looks great, particularly in the darker colours which are set off by the alloy wheels.

If you are looking at buying any genuine accessories with the car, it's a good idea to go onto the Mitsubishi-Motors Australia :mits: website and print out the fitted prices for any accessories that you're after. The prices shown there are often better than the standard pricing that the dealers work with
(trust me!)
