Gday guys,

Got an issue with my CD player on the 380, hoping you can help me out.
Seems as if the unit is jammed. I was just ejecting CD's from the car and #4 seemed to get jammed...Wouldnt eject the CD, just making a heap of noise. Came up with Error 3 on the display..
Managed to get the other 5 CDs out, but it took its time even spitting those out. Finally got out the CD that was stuck out.
Thought Id try to load another one in each slot to see if the issue sorted itself out, but no luck. Was trying to suck the CD in and then spitting it out, now its just coming up with Error on the screen and not loading into any slot.

Any idea how to fix this?
Dont really want to have to buy a new one haha, even used ones are a good $250.

Worth trying to fix if you want to keep your car looking original.
If fix is not possible, there are a whole range of more modern units that can play mp3s off a USB stick. This kind of makes CD stackers old tech.
Needs a new face plate though.

Yeah, there is a hotline fix on them apparently where they get out of alignment, will see how that goes before i pull it apart. Hopefully that sorts it all out.

they aren't 250 bucks...you can get them for $50
