I needed a 6 foot cheater bar to undo them.
Really wish people would be reasonable in doing these nuts up!

Only reason I was taking the wheels off was to replace the brake fluid.

Also I am missing one lug nut for the stock mag wheels (verada KS).
(don't ask me how!)
Is there anything "special" about these or are aftermarket ones okay.
Would mitsubshi still even sell these?
Dr google tells me that the lug size is 12 mm x 1.5.

The verada is just about all done now and should be ready for a RWC.

Forgot just how nice the inside of this car is - compared to the sigma and magna tp.
It still shines like new - being garaged and covered for 13 plus years.

Did sound terrible for about 5 minutes after that first start (never heard so much tappet noise in my life!).

Just noticed mitsfix on ebay is selling them lug nuts in lots of 20 (unfortunaly I only just need 1 of the flat cap type!)

I carry a few under the spare wheel "just in case".

there are more tappets to make noise in a V6 than the four
but are easy to change

how much you want for the rada now ?:hmm:

after I put a standing motor in a V6 TS ..as a rush job
I was sure you could hear the tappets streets away
all settled down in a hour ... should have started off with W 30 oil

$rada = $priceless (to Me of course!).

Pictures of the fleet: I can put my rides in the "members machines" area.
But AMC might cancel my membership upon seeing my disgusting looking sigma (that drives real good!).

When I get the lug nut sorted, will try for a RWC and give the rada a well deserved and pampered drive.
