Hey guys

Just had the driveshafts and left hand side hubs and bearings front and rear replaced.

Had it wheel aligned as well so everything is fine and drives very wheel except for a couple of minor, well annoying things.

Seems to shudder only slightly under acceleration from 30 to 50 then seems fine also is idling very rough in drive. Not a huge problem but would like to sort it out.

Just thoughts on what could be causing it. Bad leads engine mounts etc or is the car just getting used to new shafts. Like I said not a huge problem just wanted some clarification thanks.

I beleive this has been covered in a number of posts already.

Could be a number of things including loose engine mounts, worn drive shafts, unbalanced tyres, torque converter, transmission, etc...

If you ask Mal (MadMagna), he should be able to help you out and fix it at his workshop

As for rough idle....how rough?, our old ralliart, auto also was very rough idling....rough idle is pretty normal in these cars

Turns out the front drivers rim is buckled causing it to vibrate when I accelerate . Should I try to get it fixed or just get new rims as I've heard the rims can crack when repairing it. As for rough idle it's pretty rough though that's a relative term . Frank ly I'm getting a little tired of having to get this car repaired if it's not one thing it's another, though I spose that is car ownership that nobody is immune from.

Rotate it to the back and see what happens.
