Just thought I'll share my experience with you, I've always had squeally brakes, brake jerk and brake shudder under heavy braking and now it's a lot better.
I performed a standard brake bleed and re-adjustment of the drum brake (hand brake), and in the process I gave the rear pads a bit of roughing on the good old pavement to remove the glace, what i noticed while doing this was that there is slight run out on the rear rotors but not too bad, but most of the drag was actually coming from the drums. After adjusting the drums and made sure that the disc would spin freely without drag then I sprayed a bit of brake cleaner on all calipers and rotors. Went for a drive and noticed alot of difference in the brake jerk and shudder and squeal... basically not much of any of the mentioned occured.
I'll let you know if the brake jerk/shudder/squeal comes back in a few days time, in which case, i'll just get dba rear rotors to replace them.
