These fog lights seem to be stuck in real good, I've tried pulling on the rubber cover that has the electrical wires for the fog lights, I pulled quit hard and it didn't want to come , so I didn't pull any more , was scared it would break , I managed to replace the high and low beams , gave up on trying to get the whole light out , just had to squeeze my hand and... Aaahh it was a pain hahah :D was also wondering how to get the whole light out as well, I umbolted all the bolt and stuff, it just seems to be stuck at the blinker? Maybe thers a secret hidden bolt hahah ?

Yeah, the lower fog light bulb covers actually twist off, and, yes, there is a hidden bolt on the headlight right under the indicator.
You need to get under the car with a long bar and 10mm socket.

I gave up trying to attack hidden bolts from crazy angles, so every time I needed to access the headlight globes, I'd just take the front bumper off. Done it so many times now, I can do it in under 10 mins. Not sure if that's a good thing or not... lol

Surely if you had taken the bumper off the first time, you would have looked around to see what was still holding the headlight in.
And how does removing the bumper make it any easier to change the bulbs anyway, you still have to get it from behind.

On the L and W series, the passenger side is very easy to change. Just have to loosen the battery and the fuse box and move them out of the way. You then have enough room to access the bulbs. Did it twice on my old KW in the 9.5 years I had it.

Oh, I can reach the bolts without removing the front bumper by moving the washer bottle, battery and fuse box, but if I want to remove the headlights to clean them properly, it's a lot easier to get out with the front end of the car off. There's one bolt behind the indicator which is annoying to reach, and that bracket makes the headlight unit larger than the hole it sits in, so you can't pull the headlight forward and out of the car

lol....if you have gone to the trouble of taking the bumper off ,i fail to see how undoing one bolt under the car is such a hassle.
I can understand the problem of removing the headlight with the bumper still on ..
but ..here is the trick
you undo the top bolts on the guards, place a large handle screwdriver under the front edge of the guard...this lifts the corner and allows clearance.
Also ...as you are removing the headlight and it does get caught on the corner...lean on the bumper and push it down.
