never heard of a rough road sensor circuit A or B

is this a false reading for a different model or am I reading from the wrong diagnostic code source

cant find the sensor for sale....
. nothing found in a forum search
nothing on the internet about this being a 380 problem

I used these fault codes

P0317 Rough Road Hardware Not Present
P0318 Rough Road Sensor "A" Signal Circuit

Your posts are hard to understand.

So TCL and ABS lights are on permanently, is that what you're saying?

If your TCL and ABS lights are on permanently, I think I know what the problem is.

Engine/cylinder misfires are identified by crankshaft "float".

The ECU needs to know if this is caused by an actual misfire, or just a bumpy road.

To know if you're just on a bumpy road, it compares the wheel speeds using the wheel speed sensors.

So the EBD computer has an output to the ECU for this purpose.

If you have a failed/disconnected wheel speed sensor, or some other fault with the EBD system, the engine misfire detection of the ECU can't occur - because it doesn't know if it's a bumpy road causing the crankshaft float.

If you fix the TCL/ABS issue, then I expect your P0318/0319 code will disappear too.

Start with the fuses for the TCL or antiskid etc. Then move onto the wheel speed sensors (I think these do go from time to time on the 380?)

If the ABS is not working, you should get it fixed ASAP.

My guess?
It will be a faulty wheel speed sensor....probably a front one.
It might just need a good blow job.

a MUTIII will show it up quick as a flash.

rough road sensors must be built into the wheel sensors
its the wheel sensors throwing this code PO318 ...... not the ABS unit or pump

FIX == replace the faulty wheel sensor.

yes ... It helps the user of a mutt 3 knows how to use it correctly .
I dont know pig spit ..with these things --> off to hide under a first gen
