Hello and please forgive me though I will do my best to explain as best I can (I have never been to good at the forum side of things)

My current problem is I have a 99 TH magna that has a LPG system installed awhile back I was traveling on a dirt road and had the wires from the LPG system that connect to the oxygen sensor ripped down by a stick and melted over the exhaust (Thus shorting the system that i can tell) this has been fixed and they O2 sensor still works though since this day my LPG system has not.

I have spoke to my local LPG mechanic recently (as i was there with another car) and his answer was it would most probably have blown a fuse (which he said would be an inline fuse near the battery.

Well today I have decided that i would like to get it running on LPG again (until now I hadn't been bothered as I rarely had been driving the car) so i have gone looking for said fuse and for the life of my cannot find it (its not connected to the battery) it seems to get the power from where the wiring goes in to the apex injector simulator.

I have checked all fuses in the engine bay and under the dash none are blown. and was wondering if anyone may have any ideas on where else I should be looking.

If its something as simple as a fuse i don't really want to have to pay someone to change it :P as i am more then capable of doing that.

If you would like more information or perhaps photos please ask as like i said I'm not to good at asking questions on forums and it may seem a bit jumbled.

Never heard of LPG system requiring the wires to be tapped into the o2 sensor..?

Are you sure that they are not the wires that run to the tank to turn of the solenoid ?

no they run from the gastec processor to the O2 sensor

https://www.gore-research.com.au/pdf-files/fp31-instructions.pdf this is the GASTEC LPG Fuel processor that is installed

http://www.apexus.com.au/document/simulato/is100.pdf and this is the injector simulator installed Apexus not Apex (sorry)

Sounds like you need to trace out the LPG system wiring to find where the installer sourced its power from. All the after market LPG systems I've seen have an in line blade type fuse located in the main power wire.

They are for the o2 sensor. Depending who installed the system will depend where they spliced the sensor. Some do it by the ecu for neatness and some do it at the sensor. This is so the gastec processor knows how much gas to squirt in to create the air fuel ratio.

Not all systems have fuses. Mine doesnt but many do.

Do any lights come on the processor when you flick onto lpg? My guess is it cooked the switch or the gastec processor. Thats a rough guess. I have many spares here for LPG parts if need be too
