I am writing this post for other to reference in the future as i have just spent 3 hours scouring the internet looking for this information.

My apologies if this information is already listed and easy to find, i was not able to find it all in one place.

In the end I had to work it out using reference photos of the markings on my own rims and finding out what they meant.

Cast into the back of one of the spokes is this:
46P
16x7.00J (ISO)


46P: this means the rim has a 46mm Positive offset.

16x7.00J: this tells me that the rim has a bead diameter of 16 inches, a bead width of 7 inches and that the bead lip is type "J".

The other notable measurement is the centre bore diameter which is 67.1mm, which centre's the wheel on the hub without placing a shear load on the studs.
