Recently my power windows have stopped working at all the switches and I was trying to install my loom and now my front passenger door refuses to lock, even if I push the button myself it goes straight back to unlocked. I unplugged the BEM but plugged it back in correctly. Have checked the fuse and it seems ok.

Any ideas as to what my issues are?

Might be a silly suggestion but have you tried disconnecting the battery for a bit to let the BEM reset?

I might do that, but the windows haven't been working for the past few days, will try disconnecting the battery.

If it has started happening since you removed the window or regulator, you may have bent one of the locking rods on removal or reinstallation.
If the rod doesn't allow the lock or actuator to extend to locking position it will flick back to unlock.

I removed my lock barrel and that bar is bent but it isn't protruding anything.
