is OZ just a badging thing and is it meant to be OZ rally ?

Maybe, but I think it refers to the OZ wheels it came with.
If you ever see one in the flesh, check the engine. The bog standard base model had a 2.0L engine in it.

The rally version had body kit and possibly the 2.4L engine. But I haven't looked at your download link so I'm guessing.

It probably had a short 2 year run as we bought a Lancer CH ES (base model) in 2004 and it has different bodywork at the front, making it look like a mini TL. lol

Got one in the family - basically, the family loan car for when one of the grand daughters writes off her own car. lol

Biggest job to date, has been the cam belt. So easy compared to the V6!
