I was in Repco and testing out some seats to pass the time. I came across some SASS (or something like that, I cant remember) seats, they were great! Fitted nice and snug but still allowed enough room to use the clutch and accelerator at the same time, unlike the cheaper version. I think the ones I want were $577 each, I might be able to get them cheaper.

Anyways, has anyone installed aftermarket seats in a TP before? and what did it involve to mount them?

youd think that if u were gettin after market seats, u would need custom rails for the seats to run on. something to think bout... they wont b cheap

The cost of you getting 2 good quality SAAS seats in your TP would cost as much as your car is worth!! And the backseat would look old and stock anyway. Just my opinion but I don't think it's a very good investment. It won't add any kw's. Cost of TP + SAAS Seats fully installed = Cost of 3L V6 TR. But which one is better? Don't do it mate.

Yeah Ive scrapped the idea. I was weighing it up yeaterday, not worth it. Thanx for the help though :)
