What's the reason behind fitting it, ie what are you hoping to gain?
For a start the auto ECU's have 3 rows of pins on all the ECUs instead of 2 rows of pins like all the manual ones.
So unless you want to change all the looms around as well.

I have found a 07/98 th solara manual, if i change the key, bcm and ecu will this work?
Whats wrong with the ECU? Did it get damp/wet/destroyed?
Most ECUs can be flashed to remove the imob until you get someone with e MUT II to mate the whole set up.

I accidently flashed the ecu with the wrong rom. The immobilizer tables were flashed wrong and the car wont start. I cannot get back into the ecu (cant read or flash) anymore after trying to zero out all the immobilizer tables in an attempt to disable the immobilisor. Is there a way to fix that

In principle, the complete H series set (ECU, BCM/BEM and keys) could work but I have no idea whether loom changes would get in the way - I thought I read that the H series BCM/BEM may have had a different connector to the J onwards units, so if you have the workshop manual you might want to check the circuit diagrams... If you have an OpenPort 2 you can also disable the immobiliser in a TH manual ECU and it should work in a manual TJ.
If you've had no luck reading the TJ ECU with ECUFlash and you have a copy of Evoscan, try reading with that. You may also be able to flash with Evoscan as well (but try reading first!).
You can also try using the ECU Unlocker utility from here (https://www.aktivematrix.com/blog/aktivematrix-useful-info). You might also find something in the EvoM ECUFlash help thread (http://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ecuflash/481960-can-t-flash-read-rom-your-ecu-start-here.html) or on the Evoscan ECUFlash page (http://www.evoscan.com/free-ecu-rom-downloads).

I swapped out the complete ecu, bem, tcl units from my TH and used a KJ GTV one and had no issues. KJ tcl was actually better than the TH one.

And no loom issues?

Also, in principal, i should be able to Just swap the ecu, plug my computer in and disable the immobilizer
