for the speakers it's not that hard job, the front just remove the door trim, you do need to make an adapter for aftermarket 6" or 6.5" speakers to fit due to the fact that the stock hv a funny shape attachment (i.e. not circular). For the back you need to remove the back seat to get to the back shelf trim.
The most annoying part is to remove the center console, lift up the trim round the hand-break & gear knob with the console lid open, just held by clips (a bit tricky to get it out the hand-break lever and gear knob), two clips on the front side, remove the tray where the cigarette lighter and unplug (just held by clips) few screws, some in the console compartment too. then just lift the hole thing up from the back.
this is all from memory so there might be something I missed, guys correct me if I gave a wrong instruction..
for the head unit pull the radio facade out starting from the bottom, once out you should see the screws holding the radio unit..
P.S. I do suggest to use some trim removing tools as some of the clips are a bit hard to put....

Back seat bottom you just need to pull up on it and it will pop out can be a bit hard but keep pulling up had mine out a few times with pioneer reverse camera and amp install. You don't need to remove the back part of the rear seat I feed the wires through the gap near the wheel arch bottom back seat sides into the boot. The reverse camera I just tapped into the reverse light for the power run the trigger switch along the lower door trim and into the pioneer head unit it's pretty easier just take your time and yes door trim removers are very helpful and will save broken clips and damaging trim. I bought some MDF speaker spacers for $10 on fleeybay and a can of satin spray paint to seal the MDF works treat with Morels. All the best with the install and have fun!
Get yourself a set of trim removal tools. I got mine from eBay for $15 delivered express as I needed them that week but can get them a lot cheaper with free delivery.
The hardest part for you with the reversing camera is where to mount it. The 380s have the number plate on the bumper which makes it hard to mount the camera. Lancers have a moulded protrusion on the boot lid for that and is an eyesore. You could mount it between the number plate lights but you will get limited views. As for wiring it up, you may consider a small delay-on timer relay so that you don't get the annoying flicker of the screen as you shift from P to D. I used one for my old car and set it to 0.5 seconds. The delay relay gets power for the coil from one of the reverse lights as does the switched terminal which then feeds power to the camera.
Now, I have been told that power and audio lines run on different sides of the car to reduce interference. Make sure you run the camera feed on the side with the audio harness. I didn't need to do this as I had a wireless camera.
