Can anyone tell me where I can buy LED Festoon globes to replace the standard one in the dome light?
Also I am thinking of installing a map light the same as those in SE and Verada models.
Can anyone tell me if the plugs and wiring are already in the roof or do you have to have the wiring installed?

Autobahn sells them, thats where i got mine. They were even nice enough to mesure the fitting in the car to work out which one i needed coz the original one shattered when i took it out.

for the front map lights there are no wiring, but u can easily run wiring to it by splicing the wiring from the centre dome light. I meant to install this last week, but I'm now trying to work out how the the whole thing is mounted on the roof with no screws  I'm thinking i may be missing a bracket thats glued to the cardboard rooflining, so i havn't got the guts to cut up my roof carpet yet for fear that i cant mount it.

I've got a new centre dome lamp with the rear map lights, but i wont be installing it since a gap in the roof lining(carpet, whatever you call it) will appear due to to the positioning of the screw holes

Otherwise, its a simple matter of plug and play.

I had thought about replacing the original dome light with one that has map lights but havent been able to come across one that is the same size as the original.

Done it :D

Replaced my original 'executive' dome light with the light/map light one out of a 'verada'. But you need to get the metal bracket out of the Verada as well - the Verada centre light does not match up with the Executive bracket. After that it's just a bit of fiddling and cross your fingers while you cut the roof linning a bit.

Now I'm doing the front map lights - trying to figure out which way they go around.
Once saw the same question on this or another forum - responding person put up a photo - trying to find it now.

Found it lol It was only another few posts down :bowrofl:
God I love these forums - they seem to flow on with nothing interesting (sometimes) but the info is there when you need it. Thanks.

I have done these a few times, you need the brackets and the wiring can be slpiced as previously posted.

It is a no brainer, the screw holes are already there in all models.

Also be careful not to use screws that are too long, your roof will not look good.

Placement for the middle one is as easy as pie, when you take the old bracket off I think there are 2 dimples in the roof skeleton for you to put the other 2 screws in for the larger bracket of the rada middle light.

for the front one, take down your sunvisors, mirror, and A pillars and peel the lining down a bit, you'll see 2 dimples again in the roof skeleton, they are already marked out for you :D so what I did was just with a tape meaure measure the distance to the dimples and transfer that to the roof lining, make a small hole and gradually go bigger and bigger until she fits snug
