I've removed the blown globe from my 380 interior dome lamp. It's a somewhat unusual TS578 filament globe and the local auto parts stores don't stock them.
Curious to know what the best replacement option is, particularly if there are LED globes that won't fry the electrics (i.e. is it CANBUS controlled?).
I am pretty sure you can replace them with festoon type. Just measure the length from tip to tip, including the little wire loops at each end. Just search on ebay for canbus 5630 smd festoon and include the length in mm. Get from Aussie sellers for quicker delivery. Can also search for 5730 smd. Don't get the 5050 or 3528 or 2835 ones. Yep, I replaced mine with an SMD LED festoon one and it worked perfectly.

41mm. Bought a 5630SMD-9LED and it works fine.
