They're just held in place by its plastic locators into rubber grommets in the door.
Get a small flat screwdriver and gently pry around the perimeter of the cover and gently remove.

There are two locator lugs down the bottom, and one press lug up the top.
to remove, pry top open about 10-15mm and lift the the tweeter cover upwards...
To replace. seat two bottom locating lugs in with the tweeter at a slight angle, once seated press in at the top...
