Hi guys . The plastic front underbody cover is damaged on my tj ralliart. Just curious if all the 3rd gen undercovers are the same or different for each model. Cheers

Is it just split or is there bits missing? If its just split then you could possibly repair it. If you have access to a plastic welder that would be ideal but if you dont (as I dont) you can do a reasonable job using an electric soldering iron to melt the plastic back together at the split. You might have to trim a slither of plastic off the edge to use as a filler rod but with a bit of care and time they are repairable. I've done three of them now. (one of them twice as it failed again in a different place some time after the first repair)

Removed mine completely when it got beyond repair. Does this cause any issues and can replacements still be found these days?

It's there for 2 reasons:
As a splash shield for wet roads - keeps water out of a/c pump, alternator etc. Stops the crankshaft bolt from going rusty and being a pain to remove come cam belt change time.
Aerodynamic - creates a low pressure behind it when moving, helps positive airflow through grille. radiators, over engine.
Wouldn't run a car without it, actually, me, myself and I.
Plenty at a self service wrecker. That's where I go for mine. lol
