Has anyone ever seen this happen before and what courses of action do I have. I am thinking going to the wreckers and buying a dizzy from there. Is it possible to replace that front plate?

Cheers thats the diagram I had so I assumed I couldn't get it. Bought a second hand dizzy from the wreckers. They are not much fun to get out of engine.
