Hey guys,

I need some advice in regards to something that keeps burning out the right licence plate globe. I changed it 3 times now with different t10 led bulbs and they are always burning out after a month or less. However the left side works fine and hasn't burnt out since it was originally changed. Is this a known problem running led bulbs in the licence plate area or is something else at play that might be killing the bulbs?

Haven't heard of any problems with the license bulbs, maybe check for any loose connection on the bulb holder!!

Have a pair of T10 LED's in there now for approx 6 months with no problems.

Sorry can't be of any further help

I would open it up and check to make sure the connections are OK and that it is not allowing water to get in etc.

The voltage might be out of spec.

Thanks for all the Great points everyone and I checked it all. Connections were all good no signs of liquid getting in ended up being the bulbs I picked used a higher voltage. But only slightly seems to have caused all the issues. Changed the bulbs to stock for now and no issues so far :)
