So I've got a gearbox from a 3 ltr tf
Thats going into a 3.5 ltr tj.
Im trying to get clutch lines and a sandwich
Plate but i can't find anyone wrecking a tf.
Could i use clutch lines/sw plate from any other
3rd gen?
Yes you can use both of those components that are from the existing car. You only really need to change things when you are converting engines within the existing car you are working on, the gearbox side of things doesn't care what plate you are using.
You only need to modify the plate if you are going from a 3l to a 3.5l, here's the mod you need to do to the plate if you convert from 3 to 3.5 -

So technically you can use a plate from any but with the 3l motor you will have to cut up the plate a bit.
