Hi all as stated above I have a problem with air getting in the drivers side rear door window, I pulled the panel of the door and wound the window all the up and noticed a white plastic lug at the base of the window that holds the glass firm when the window is wound all the way is broken, are these hard to replace? anyone have any ideas? cheers
